About

Hey, my name is Hubert and I am a Kubernetes Consultant at Kubermatic, helping organizations succeed in their cloud native journey.

Prior to this, I was a Software Engineer focusing on backend topics in various programming languages around the JVM. Then, the DevOps movement raised serious doubts about my work. After isolating in the Austrian Alps, fighting against wolves and dragons, I put my focus more towards DevOps matters.

I am organizing the “Infrastructure as a Meetup” meetup in Austria and I am a Linux Foundation trainer for CKA and CKAD. I was also involved in the creation of the exam questions for the CKA.
